Strategy & advisory

Independent strategic advice. PSP and Acquirer selection (RFP/RFI), business cases and roadmaps. Payment chain optimization: conversion, payment method selection, fees (interchange, scheme, acquirer and FX), pricing models and merchant reconciliation. Typically 4 to 15 weeks.

Strategy & implementation

Strategic advice and project support as product and process lead. Expert in translating strategy into value for niche software and payment platforms. Project examples: scheme projects (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, JCB, DCI), new payment methods, PSP and bank integration, RESTful APIs (acceptance, transactions, payout, merchant management), developer portal, risk and fraud tooling, merchant reporting and reconciliation, dispute management. Typically 3 to 9 months.
